We are based in Bhaktapur. Not in Kathmandu, covering Bhaktapur when someone asks — actually here, which is a different thing on a wedding day.
It means we know which lane the janti can get through and which one it cannot. We know that the light in the Durbar Square courtyards is gone by half past eight in the morning. We know where to stand during the sindoor so that we are not in the way of your mama and still get the frame. When the sait is at four in the morning, we are already there, not still driving out from Ring Road.
Every booking is handled personally. The person you speak to on the phone is the person holding the camera on the day, and the person who edits the set afterwards. You will not be handed to a team you have never met.

Designed in order, so it reads like the day happened rather than like a folder of favourites.

Done here, in the studio. You are not sent somewhere else with a pen drive.
Where we shoot
Bhaktapur is our home ground — Durbar Square, Taumadhi, Dattatreya, Pottery Square, Suryabinayak, Changu Narayan, and Nagarkot. We cover Kathmandu and Lalitpur at no extra travel charge. Outside the valley — Panauti, Dhulikhel, Pokhara, Chitwan, and destination weddings — ask and we will quote travel separately and honestly.

The moments we know to watch for
A wedding here is not one event. Depending on your family and community, the day may run through the gwe, the swayambar, the janti, the jaimala, the kanyadan, the sindoor, the bhoj, and the duragaman — each with its own moment where the photograph either happens or is missed by two seconds.
We will ask you, before the day, to walk us through your family's sequence. Every household does it slightly differently. Tell us which relatives must be in a frame, which rituals matter most to your parents, and which moments you would be upset not to have.

Come to the studio and see a full wedding set from start to finish, not only a highlight reel.

Agree it in writing
Hours, number of photographers, deliverables, delivery date, and payment schedule are confirmed before any advance changes hands.
- 04
Confirm with 50%
A 50% advance confirms the date. The balance is due on delivery.

Before you book
Questions couples ask us
- How far in advance should we book?
- For dates in the main season — Mangsir through Falgun, and again in Baisakh and Jestha — book three to six months ahead. Popular saits are requested by several couples at once, so the specific date matters more than the month.
- How much does wedding photography cost in Nepal?
- Cost depends on hours of coverage, number of photographers, and whether video is included. Our Essential package starts at NPR 35,000. Compare quotes on hours and headcount, not headline price.
- When do we get our photographs?
- Edited images are delivered in three to four weeks, or around six weeks when a cinematic film is included. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing when you book.
- Do you cover weddings outside Bhaktapur?
- Yes. Kathmandu and Lalitpur are included with no additional travel charge. Locations beyond the Kathmandu Valley are quoted separately.
- Can we meet you before booking?
- Please do. Visit our Bhaktapur studio to see complete wedding sets, printed albums, and the frames we make.
- What if it rains, or the sait changes?
- Tell us as soon as you know. We will move the booking where our calendar allows, at no charge.
